Return & Refund Policy – The 144 Trading Post

At The 144 Trading Post, we believe people should be able to try something for themselves and decide if it aligns. If it doesn’t, we offer a grounded and fair return option.

30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
